General information and conditions of sale

Freedom and Falcon Travel & Tours, their employees, agents and associates shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from any loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience to any person or their luggage or other personal property, whether the same shall occur, arise from or other persons directly or indirectly in the employ or service of FREEDOM & FALCON TOURS or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour is required upon booking. Unless otherwise stated upon confirmation, cancellation fees on extended tours will be calculated in the following manner: 60-31 days – 25%, 30-15 days – 50%, 14-6 days – 75%, 5 days – 100%. All card payments (Visa/Mastercard) 6% bank charges on top of total amount. All luxury vehicles chauffeur drives – First 100km is free and R35 per km after that. Rates valid until 31 December 2022.
